Function Follows Form
It seems that University of Southern California researchers have discovered a type of AI that they might well call NI, Natural Intelligence. (https://viterbischool.usc.edu/news/2026/06/usc-scientists-built-a-tiny-system-that-thinks-like-a-brain-and-runs-on-thin-air/). It follows what I call Functions Follows Form. If you built it right it just works. No intellectual coercion involved. This could be the first steps toward inventing what I call the Lithotroph. Artificial life that doesn’t need an power source, uses inorganics or light.
